access with speed,
safety and precision
adjustable scaffolding for decks, edges and walls
Fast Beam is a patented, modular suspended platform system designed for modern infrastructure projects. Engineered for precision, speed and safety, Fast Beam transforms how you approach temporary works — from bridge maintenance and parapet replacements to hydrodemolition and sensitive terrain access.
Whether you’re working on concrete or steel, curved or damaged decks, Fast Beam ensures maximum efficiency with minimum disruption.
Why choose Fast Beam?
Fast Beam is the go-to solution for contractors seeking smarter access systems for challenging environments. Its floating, deck-fixed design removes the need for bulky traditional scaffolding, allowing work to continue safely and smoothly, even above active traffic lanes or waterways.
Key benefits:
- 2x faster than traditional scaffolding methods
- Requires fewer personnel and minimal training
- Reduces traffic disruption and downtime
- Environmentally sustainable with a low carbon footprint
- Ideal for hydrodemolition, rebar, formwork and casting
- Tested and trusted by major infrastructure clients worldwide
Built for speed, safety and sustainability
Easy installation
Installation crews can erect up to 100 metres per day, with minimal training. The system requires less than one metre of deck space, allowing traffic to remain open below.
Uniform, repeatable system
Fast Beam enables highly repeatable setups — streamlining safety procedures, toolbox talks and training across multiple sites.
Ergonomics and safety
Adjustable working platforms reduce strain and improve posture, keeping your workforce safe and productive even in physically demanding environments
Low environmental impact
Fast Beam’s lightweight materials reduce transportation emissions, and the system avoids contact with the terrain below — perfect for protected habitats and sensitive sites.
Water & Debris Protection
The working platforms can be protected and secured with metal plates, rubber mats and plastic coverings, meaning that debris and wastewater is recovered and there is no spill-over into the environment.
The entire system is also enveloped in protective netting to protect the surrounding areas. The wastewater flow can be controlled by adjusting the hydraulic platforms, enabling efficient and responsible wastewater collection.
Formwork Capabilities
Fast beam platforms are manufactured with 40 fixing points, allowing for multiple insertion zones for formwork triangles, providing unlimited variations for parapet reparation support.
Fast beam triangles are also provided and are fully integrated with the system, made up of 95% recycled steel, creating a tight seal for casting.
Where can Fast Beam be used?
Fast Beam adapts to virtually any structure:
Bridges, viaducts and flyovers
Jetties, docks and canals
Dams and reservoirs
Car parks and retaining walls
Curved or damaged decks
Environmentally sensitive areas
Urban or confined-access projects
Temporary suspended works over water or roadways
If it has an edge or a deck — Fast Beam fits.
